How do I reserve a limo from A Class Act Limo Texas?

How far in advance do I need to book my limo?
If you know the date, start time, and end time , you should reserve your limo immediately. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis, don't postpone.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, Credit Cards, Checks if paid two weeks prior to scheduled event
How much is the deposit to secure my reservation?
30% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event.
What is your service area?
A Class Act Limo will provide service anywhere a client needs us to. We are a Waco limo service that can provide limo services across most of central Texas.
What if I decide I do not want the limo anymore?
There is a cancellation fee of $100 if canceled 30 or more days before the event and no refund of the 30% booking deposit if canceled with less than 30 days notice. Cancellations with 5 days or less will be billed the full contract amount.
What happens if we run over the original agreed upon time?
The original time was paid in full prior to services starting so any time above and beyond that will be calculated and collected at the end of your service, billed in one hour increments.
Is smoking or eating in the vehicle allowed?
No, violations will result in $100 per incident.
What happens if I or someone in my group damages the limo?
Whomever booked the limousine and signed the contract will be held responsible for any damages to the limousine.
What are some other fee's?
$20 charge for each broken or missing glassware. There is a $150 charge for excessive cleaning at the discretion of the company. There is also a $150 charge for shampoo and disinfecting due to sickness in the interior.
What happens if we are surprised with dangerous weather conditions?
Your safety is important to us. If weather conditions threaten the safety of you, our clients, and our staff, A Class Act Limo reserves the right to cancel or postpone the limousine booking period.
